I had been in touch with Sean for awhile discussing my want to sell my rental property, and he truly had my best interests in mind as he didn't list immediately but waited for the right time to list and in turn give me a return higher than I had expected. He went over and above with scheduling showings around the schedules of my tenants which I know was not an easy task. He also scheduled his own lawn maintenance guy to come in do some much needed work on the yard, and it has never looked better.
