Sean was wonderful to work with! As first time buyers we had no idea what to expect when buying a house but Sean guided us through the entire process! He was incredibly patient while I asked 1000 questions (and probably the same ones over and over). He was always available to talk about a property and always willing to take us through. We had weird work schedules and he was always available to meet at unconventional times. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the Guelph/Waterloo areas. Sean was able to secure our ideal home even with competitive bids! We will absolutely use him again if we ever sell this amazing home!
