Sean was very informative and always on time. He took the time to answer every phone call promptly, every email, and text all promptly, while providing all information and answers to our questions. He guided us to make the best offer, looking at trends and experience, and we had our offer accepted. He is very pleasant and professional. We were well kept up to date with the transaction. We bought in our current neighborhood so we are familiar already with it. I feel we were well taken care of with Sean through this whole process.

Sean and team made sure we had all the information before buying a home. We lived out of province with my husband moving early to work in Halifax where we had to move. I was unable at times to view the homes so when we did write, they made sure I would have the opportunity to view it as part of the offer. It was multiple offers and we were just thankful to be able to find a home and win the bid with myself still having to come view. He was on top of making sure as new listings came on the market that we would have them. Very good experience.
