He went above and beyond in securing a water test and helping to facilitate the transfer of the internet...saving both the existing homeowner and new owners equipment return and installation fees. After being in our current home for 20 years we decided to sell and move out of the city. We interviewed several agents and Sean came in with the strongest marketing strategy. We were so impressed that we had him help us find our new home as well. Sean went above and beyond numerous times, for example we were having an issue finding a storage unit and Sean spent his time calling around until he found us one and this is only one of many times he did stuff like that. He walked my husband and myself through buying and selling process and went through all the costs etc that are involved.
