Wayne and Sean went above and beyond during the buying process for our new house in Silver Springs. We moved to Calgary with very little time to get into a place before the school year, and we were constantly amazed at the knowledge and responsiveness given to us by Wayne and Sean on a very tight timeline. We definitely recommend the Burton team as truly a cut above.

Sean was very efficient when updating us on new houses on the market. He was also very patient when we asked to see quite a few homes. His knowledge of the houses and neighborhoods was amazing!

Sean was awesome to work with. We hadn’t sold our place yet but we’re itching to start the hunt and he was willing to book showings and meet with us at a moments notice. He ended up getting us a great price on a house we initially had written off as it was well above our comfortable price point

He has a lot of knowledge/experience with not only the real estate market but the actual building/construction side of things as well! So you know you are buying a good house and if there are any problems he has the expertise to find it and inform you. He has made the experience of buying and selling easy in the sense we are certain and comfortable with our decisions.
