He helped to navigate through many listings and property viewings to narrow down and find my first home, often keeping me on track by reminding me of my initial ‘must haves’.

Sean was our agent for both the purchase and, several years later, the sale of the property. He was professional and informed. He helped us navigate the purchase process for our move from cottage country to our Peterborough home and my subsequent sale of the home and move out of the province. He stayed in touch over the years and provided a monthly newsletter with tips for maintenance and relevant information on the local market.

We met Sean when he assisting us with buying our first house. Sean was very dependable and trustworthy throughout the entire process. What we liked most was that he told you the gods honest truth about what listings we were looking at. Sean wasn't pushy in the slightest and let us work through lots of different listings. We were so confident with Sean that we actually bought his house. When it came time for us to move into our forever home, we used Sean to sell our house and buy our new one. We got over our asking price which was great considering the type of market we were in In a very short time Sean became a close friend of ours and someone that we fully trust with future potentially purchases.
