<p>We retained Scott Moe after an unsatisfactory experience with another realtor. The change was well worth it. Scott quickly provided great visual documents for the listings and on-site signage. The market was slow until Christmas but rapidly improved early in 2021. We had an offer that collapsed the day the subjects were to be removed. Scott responded by contacting all previously interested parties and giving them a timeline to submit a bid. We had two bids over asking price and ended up working with the better one to refine the timeline. Our experience showed that Scott was able to roll with the punches and turn a potential lemon into lemonade.</p>

What can I say about Scott and Toni!? They were absolutely amazing during the whole buying and selling process. Not only did they help us get an accepted offer on our dream home before we even listed our place, but because my in-laws were moving in with us, their house had to be listed and sold as well. Once listed, our place had an accepted offer within a day and my in-laws had an accepted offer within a week. The process could have ended up being incredibly stressful, but because of Scott and Toni’s professionalism, knowledge, and negotiation skills, it ended up being a great experience!

Our situation was a bit challenging as we had two townhouses to sell and we had already bought. One townhouse sold almost before it was listed and the other sold within a week.
