We were absolutely blown away by our experience with Scott. My husband and I have been toying with the idea of relocating to the Okanagan for nearly a decade. We came across a few properties of interest and wanted to take action fast. After reading online reviews, we knew Scott at searchkelowna was our guy! We were NOT disappointed. We found and purchased land out of province, and did the entire deal virtually! There was not a single moment that we felt uncomfortable in this situation with Scott. He respected our tight timeline, was diligent in providing us with information, his communication was exceptional and every interaction with him was a treat. Scott is very experienced with out of province clients so he already had the answers to many of our questions and knew how to completed our offer with clauses to accommodate our situation. Scott and his team did a great job in difficult times (Covid) to complete a sale across the country for us (we are located in Ontario), that was necessitated by the passing of one of the principals. I was very impressed with the care and efficiency with which they guided us through every step of the process and brought things to a successful conclusion. Scott took the time to explain the neighbourhoods, real estate in Kelowna, pricing, helping us stay within our budget, getting to know our likes and dislikes with homes and so much more. It is difficult purchasing a home, let alone on the other side of the country, but Scott made it work. Scott was always there for us and was very patient, he always responded to our emails and texts in a very timely manner. Scott went to the homes and took pictures and videos so we could see the home. We purchased a home with Scott and we take possession at the end of July 2021. We are so very happy with our purchase and with Scott. I would say without a doubt that Scott went above and beyond.
