Scott came highly recommended to us from family that works in the real estate industry, but even with being aware of his glowing reviews we were still completely blown away from our very first meeting with him. He clearly lives, breathes, and loves what he does, while somehow still managing to be incredibly relatable and personable. Scott took the time to get to know about us/our lifestyle and what we wanted from a home and was encouraging and helpful with everything we asked about and looked at. We found our dream home as first-time home buyers in the midst of a crazy pandemic market, and we credit Scott with making our dreams a reality.

Scott has the advantage of having a certain amount of UK ancestry in him to enable him deal with the British sense of humour we piled on him during the weeks of him negotiating on our behalf for our new house in the Okanagan. Indeed we pointed out to him that maybe one day he may get the hang of the fact he can change his spellcheck on his computer to Canadian, or even the UK, to enable him to spell favour and humour etc properly! We sold our property in Tsawwassen in the spring of 2021, right in the middle of the Pandemic and Lock Downs and at a time when asking prices on the next house, were going up daily, with up to a dozen people bidding for almost every place we looked at. It was therefore imperative that we secured a property within a matter of weeks, something our previous agents just couldn’t cope with We were introduced to Scott through another agent in the Lower Mainland and could sense very quickly that he was a go getter. He worked hard ( for a Estate Agent!) and helped us enormously in in going above and beyond, in a number of issues that were out of the sphere of his compatriots . I have never bought a house without viewing it before, but as we lived some 500k away from the area that we were looking at, we had to ask Scott to be our eyes and ears and were more than comfortable with letting him advise, inspect, report back and to some degree negotiate on price on possible houses for us. Indeed we basically bought on-line simply from the detailed descriptions he provided us with and were comfortable with that, only finally making the journey to see what we had bought a couple of day prior to the exchange The above hopefully describes some of Scotts attributes as had he not been a straight forward, upright Agent, we could have been in trouble, but the circumstances of the time with Lock Downs, prevented us at that time in buying and viewing in the conventional way, and we have now ended up with an ideal property thanks to his hard work and advice on the several properties he checked out for us in detail
