We recently (March 2026) sold our home in West Kelowna with Scott. We are overseas at the moment so the process was a little more complex than usual and involved a lot of communication and time zones. Scott was incredible. He made everything easy, communicated quickly and clearly at all times and just made the process simple. We would one hundred percent use him again in any purchase setting, whether we were buying or selling.

We were prospective buyers from Ontario. We told Scott we had to wait for funds to be freed up before we could make a serious decision of purchasing but that didn't matter to Scott. He still took us around for a full week to look at condos and get a sense of the area. He was a wealth of information and looked after us extremely well. We eventually got back to him on a unit we liked and made an offer. He was very thorough walking us through the various steps required to move forward and kept us well informed of the progress (we were back in Ontario at that time). He recommended contacts for legal representation as well as insurance. His connections to various trades and retailers is quite vast and we will take advantage of that when we close as the unit is currently empty. (oh yeah, my wife gets to spend more money! lol). I highly recommend Scott Jennings if you are considering a real estate purchase. He will not let you down or disappoint. I sold real estate for 8 years and his level of service is exemplary.
