For us - Scott is as professional as it gets. Very even keel guy and takes his deadlines serious. He is so easy to work with and he generally cares about what you think and lets you lead the way when you want or he will lead when you need him too, he is never pushy which is a great trait ! His services with the sale are top notch ( photographer, décor personnel, etc..). We always would refer our friends to Scott anytime they are buying or selling !

So after 2 years of looking we decided to make the move to Calgary. During that 2 year period, searching both off & on Scott has been nothing but willing to continue his experience with us & our family whom he was most willing to accomodate. Eventually, we put offers on 3 prospectives over several weeks, but due to the market we were thwarted in all but the last. Throughout this process Scott has been our able advisor. Scott knows how set a table of homes we would desire & upon finding a contender, how to put an offer together which in turn appeals to the seller & at the same time advantageous to his client. At no time was Scott the least bit pushy or contentious. His demeanor was never anything but curteous & professional & he was always understanding & willing to try again. I have dealt with many RE agents in my 70+ years on this earth & find Scott to be as good or better than any one might find. Thank you Scott, we appreciate your efforts.
