Scott Brayshaw is hands down the best realtor in Alberta. After we decided to move from Vancouver to Calgary, we selected Scott to represent us in Calgary to help us find a home. We chose him because of his technical knowledge, industry experience and because he had a family with kids, like us - so he could relate to what we were looking for. Scott was articulate, professional, and courteous throughout our entire search and purchase process. He was never nosy or pushy with any of his questions or suggestions. He helps people based on trust and a genuine interest to help others. We successfully sold our home in Vancouver first, then we proceeded to visit Calgary in person to tour and select a home to purchase. We viewed many homes with Scott's help and guidance. The entire communication process from the beginning, through viewing emailed listings, to viewing homes, plus working with Scott’s recommended lawyer, was very easy. We now have found a beautiful home we can live in for many years with no stress in Calgary. And we owe Scott a huge thanks for helping us. Our family gives him a solid 10 out of 10 stars.
