Last year our family grew through adoption and we found we had quickly outgrown our current space , so we turned to Scott to help us find our forever home for our new family of four. Even though we were very set on staying in the city , Scott knew what we were looking for better than we did. We were not sure when he mentioned a house in East Hants if that would be for us , but as soon as we saw the listing , we knew it was “the one” and it just so happened to be in an amazing school district for our children. We quickly put in an offer with a closing date of just over two weeks away. Scott worked quickly to get everything in place for us , setting us up with our mortgage broker and arranging our home inspection for us. We didn’t have to do a thing except start to pack ! Scott is not only very knowledgeable when it comes to the market , he also goes above and beyond for his clients to ensure everything is taken care of. We have dealt with many realtors in the past but none have come even close to providing the same experience as Scott and we can not recommend him enough. You will not find a better agent to work for you anywhere in Nova Scotia.

Scott helped my husband and I find our first home, and I have only good things to say! He is highly responsive to all forms of communication, he is super knowledgeable about the market, and really understood the type of home we were looking for. Scott was also very helpful in recommending a lawyer, inspector, and mortgage broker to us. We would definitely work with Scott again!
