Wow is all I have to say. Scarlett went above and beyond helping us purchasing our home. We trusted her so much that we bought our home over zoom. She went through each room carefully and found crawlspaces/attics too. Scarlett recommended many professionals for us to get even more additional information and got us everything we needed to have a smooth transaction. Scarlett is a terrific real estate professional! Our property was a unique sale with its own challenges but we were able to get multiple offers and end up selling over asking. Even once the offer firmed up, she walked us through and provided all the documents to our lawyer, banker, and accountant to make it easier for us so we didn't need to scramble. I have used Scarlett as my realtor for many deals now.. She is the best and I would not go with anyone else.. Such a sweet person but very professional in her business compared to others I have worked with in the past.. I can never recommend her enough to any one looking for realtor..
