Back in 2023, we had a plan to purchase and were looking for the right realtor to navigate us in the market, being new in the country. That’s when we met Satbir! From our first meeting back in early 2023 till date, he has been nothing but courteous and respectful, while being knowledgeable on his craft, with a network of trustworthy folks who helped us from inspection, mortgage, renovate our basement and support till date. He helped us find a great property within our parameters, and when we were thinking emotionally on not-so-suitable ones, he politely nudged us to do better, which is a hard quality to find on any commission-based agent, who usually wants to close the deal early. He is one of those ethical people, who not only thinks about today, but also maintains a long-term relationship with his clients. He showed us 30+ properties in very short span, and diving into each property online in a meeting every night, before next day’s visits, he is such a professional!
