We received way more than asking, and while the financial gain was terrific, there were several other Sasha's attributes that were even more important. We are Seniors and Mr. Miletic took a lot of time explaining what the sale process would entail, what we needed to do, and what we could expect. Sadly these are days when Seniors are too often taken advantage of (and especially given our lack of understanding of social media and contemporary real estate practice). We were worried and anxious in listing our home where we had lived for some 40 years. This was to be a very difficult life changing experience. Fortunately we found Sasha Miletic. He quickly demonstrated that he was not solely interested in getting a quick sale, and pocketing commission. Clearly his honesty, patience, and high ethical standard reassured us that we were in great hands. While not intrusive, Sasha spent several hours with us answering every question we had. I suspect some of our questions were somewhat silly (as Seniors are ought to ask), but he provided thorough explanation and we were very satisfied in understanding. We are moving to an apartment, and he even arranged for escorted transportation given driving can be difficult for us at times. As well he gave us contacts for a lawyer, and the moving company. Wonderful service! I less than 2 weeks, and as a result of very hard work, he got us the sale that was beyond what we were expecting. We are very grateful and highly recommend Sasha Miletic. Sasha Miletic is an absolute wizard when it comes to real estate. He seems to know exactly what to do in any given situation and then does it very well. His professional estimations on what we could expect from our sale while working under his finely tuned system in terms of general interest and offer values were practically prophetic. He REALLY knows the market and the people in it. But even so much more important than that to our family was how friendly, understanding and approachable he is. We have been going thru a bit of a tough time and so having an agent that is so caring, competent and truly hard working on your behalf really made what could have been a stressful time into something exciting instead. I cannot possibly stress this enough, if you work with Sasha Miletic, you will not regret it!
