From the very start, we were both impressed and thankful that we had Sarah as our Realtor. Her "Listing Process" involved pictures and maximum information for potential buyers. Her ability to get required information from external agencies, in support of the sale, took the pressure off of us. This made our sale go very quickly. We have only sold two houses in the past 35 years. As seniors, we needed both the knowledge and experience that Sarah provided to us throughout the emotional process of selling.
