We had the pleasure of working with Sarah Kiani and Dayna Deys of Kiani & Co. to sell our property. We were pretty new to this process and really appreciated the guidance they provided us. They made some suggestions on some changes we could do to increase sale price..they were only suggestions but we took them up on everyone of them and in 10 days we were ready to hit the market. Then on top of that the professional marketing material they provided was outstanding from brochures to grass roots marketing of them delivering door knob promotions of our open houses . With an upcoming move to another province, I was overwhelmed by everything I needed to do, the most important thing being to get my condo sold ideally before I left. Sarah was recommended through friends and I could not have been happier to have worked with her. She is so knowledgeable and professional and she genuinely cares about her clients, which is evident in her patience and communication and her drive to get you the best possible deal for your place. Not only did she do a fantastic job marketing my condo, but I was able to sell it for a great price before my departure date, even though the condo market in my area has slowed down significantly. Throughout the whole process, she was patient and easy to reach and she made the entire journey stress free. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Sarah is the absolute best realtor. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable but she goes out of her way to provide the best service to her clients. She steered me away from houses with potential issues she could foresee and helped me secure a newly renovated house in a great area with alot of potential to grow my investment. She always made herself available day and night and her calming personality kept my mind at ease for the biggest purchase of my life. I couldn't have done this without her.
