Sanjay Pandit helped me sell my Condo recently. I was very pleased with the way he did the Market evaluation and helped me decide the right selling price. When negotiating with the buyers for the best possible selling price, it was apparent that he has many years of selling experience behind him. He was very prompt in returning calls and available to answer any questions. Sanjay was able to negotiate and sell my Condo at higher than expected market price! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for trustworthy realtor.
