Sandy Han helped us to buy our Waterloo condo in 2021 and she also was our agent when we sold our condo (closing date April 23, 2024). We are out of province and everything went smoothly. Sandy goes above and beyond what you would expect from a realtor. She arranged for our lawyer, helped us to find someone who could fix our condo before listing, and all our questions were answered clearly and quickly. Initially we asked her to rent our condo and the service was excellent - always aimed at protecting her clients. The listing itself was impressive - Sandy knows how to present a property for showing. In the end, we decided to list the condo in January 2024 and it was sold in March with the closing date in April 2024.
