Before we decided to list (during this pandemic) Sandra presented us with current statistics and the new procedures that were in place to ensure the safety of all parties. Based on this knowledge, we felt very informed and confident when we decided to go ahead with the sale. Sandra put us in touch with a someone to assist with staging our townhouse, a process that made our space look more polished and show ready than I could have imagined. The photos blew us away. Sandra was very quick to respond to all questions and took the time to check in and explain the fine print. Sandra was a pleasure to work with. For a first time home buyer, she was vital in helping us walk through the experience. We ran into problems with our Mortgage Broker, but Sandra was patient and understanding while we dealt with those issues. Would use Sandra again in a heartbeat.

She had great recommendations for painters/stagers/photographers/etc. In the end we sold in less than a month for list price, which was above our assessed home value! For our house purchase, she negotiated a price even lower than we had thought possible along with great conditions that really reduced the stress of selling.
