On our return move to Port Hardy my wife and I were happy to discover Sandra had taken on the role of Realtor. This is an excellent venue for her to share her vast knowledge of her community and the activities that occur there. We made our home purchase from a distance in Ontario, and were kept well apprised of events as they occurred and the enjoyed personal 'walk through' assistance in posting our deposit electronically. Our son arrived to obtain our keys on closing and was greeted as though the owner himself. If purchasing, selling or even just gathering local info I would highly recommend Sandra as a competent choice for your realty needs.
