We have bought and sold a number of homes in various towns and cities across Canada over the last 30 years. Sandra was, without a doubt, one of the best agents we have ever worked with. She or her partner were available to us at anytime (and this was over the course of almost a year before we found the perfect home!) At all times, we felt she was "on our side". She approached each possible home on its own merits and worked with us to determine if it was the right fit for us. We never felt pushed or bullied into doing something we weren't comfortable with. We were particularly impressed by her technical knowledge of building structure, and current real estate law. Because she has deep roots in the community and many years of real estate experience she was able to share her historical knowledge of the local market and often the specific home were considering. Sandra was terrific and we wish her all the best. We would recommend her without hesitation (and would add she has a great sense of humor!)
