Buying a home is supposed to be a transaction. Papers are signed. Numbers are negotiated. Keys are handed over. But anyone who has actually done it knows that it’s something much more personal than that. It’s late-night conversations about what kind of life you want to build. It’s standing in unfamiliar kitchens trying to picture future birthdays. It’s equal parts excitement and vulnerability. That’s why the person guiding you through it matters more than you expect. Speaking honestly, there's no doubt in my mind — meeting and working with Sandy has changed our lives forever. The next decades of our lives — our moments, our family dinners, our children’s milestones — will all happen in the house she helped us find. And while that might technically be true of all real estate agents, not all agents will be as genuinely happy for you as you are to find the right fit. Every moment of every interaction, Sandy was not only patient and understanding as we toured enough houses to feel confident in our decision — she was informative, steady, supportive, and simply enjoyable to be around. We never once felt pressured or “sold” to. It genuinely felt like working with a friend we’d known for years. I used to think it was odd that friends who purchased homes would receive annual Christmas letters from their real estate agents — people they had only worked with briefly. With Sandy, we’re looking forward to sending Christmas cards back. In a world that often feels transactional — where the pressure to close one more deal can overshadow the people involved — Sandy never made us feel like anything less than human beings with real emotions and real stakes. And with a purchase this significant, that’s exactly what you want. There’s no point pretending it’s all numbers or that your reasoning for choosing a house is purely cerebral. It’s a privilege to work with someone who takes finding the right home as seriously as you do.

I was extremely impressed by Sandy's knowledge of the market and ability to navigate any seasonal changes. I would definitely recommend choosing her as your real estate agent.

How comfortable Sandy made me feel when listening to my questions and concerns. As well as answering them with such professionalism and honesty. I knew in my heart that I was in very good hands and that we were a team working together for the same goal. Thank you Sandy for a wonderful stress free experience.
