As we all know being a "first time home buyer" is not easy. Compounded with a Pandemic and astronomical housing prices that defy common sense in Nova Scotia, this is the beginning of a difficult task to under for anyone. </p> I have to say Sandra was absolutely incredible! Truly, enough words could not be said to capture the 9 months during myself and my partner endured attempting to buy our first home together. Sandra was always optimistic when our numerous offers were not accepted. Sandra always had the confidence we would find a home to fit our budget. To be honest if it wasn't for Sandra, we probably would have thrown the towel in months ago. But let me tell you persistence is key! No matter the lead time or distance of requests we asked her to meet us for viewing, the answer was always replied with what time works for you two! Not once in the dozens of offers we submitted did she say " let's pass on this house" or unfortunately timing it's not right for us to view this week. </p> Sandra is a true champion and a fighter (especially for us the little guys). We did not have to worry once about: booking viewings, thinking of buying the wrong house, issues to not buy said house always on the forefront and presented.
