Without reservation I recommend that you use Sam Moussa as your Realtor. We engaged him as a Seller’s Agent and in each of the three “phases” of our interaction, he excelled. First, in setting the selling price, he carefully looked at the market, explained his reasoning clearly, and proposed a price and marketing strategy that we agreed with and that was ultimately successful. Second, as we prepared our house for showing, his suggestions were invaluable. Just do what he says!! We received many many compliments from Agents who viewed our house. And third, he skillfully worked behind the scenes to push the sale through negotiation and inspection to a perfected Agreement of Purchase and Sale. And besides all that, he’s a very personable and ethical man. You couldn’t possibly ask for more.
