<p><br /> My husband and I recently purchased our first home and were incredibly lucky to have Sam working with us throughout the process.</p> <p>We honestly cannot say enough good things about Sam. We had a very limited amount of time to find a home and were moving from out of town; Sam met us early on our first day in town and had arranged a full days worth of viewings for us.</p> <p>Based on the time he spent getting to know our preferences before we arrived he was able to show us a number of listings that were exactly what we were looking for.</p> <p>After a long day of showings, Sam put the extra effort in to negotiate us a deal on the house we fell in love with and went out of his way to arrange a fast inspection to make sure we met our conditions.</p> <p>We absolutely could not have found the house we wanted, for an excellent price, without Sam’s help.</p> <p>Sam is the real deal. He’s a genuine and nice man who cares about his clients and puts in the extra effort for them.</p> <p>He is an absolute pleasure to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sam to anyone who was looking for a realtor in Ottawa.</p>
