As newcomers to Canada and first time home buyers we could not have had someone better than Sam to help us navigate what was very much uncharted territory for us. Sam is calm, cool-headed, and reassuring and he helped us temper our nerves when we saw a house or two that we liked but did not manage to get and he felt they were not the best ones that we could get.
