This is the second rental property transaction that Sam helped us with. The time we decided to sell our downtown condo was a slow season for the real estate market. But Sam persisted and did everything he could to get the property sold. We also appreciated his timely updates, prompt responses, and practical suggestions during the process.

Sam was wonderful work with to find our investment property. Due to our unique condition, he took the time to look for the right property to meet our needs. He shared his experiences and honest opinions to review those properties we were interested in also ensured that we knew of any potential risks associated with purchasing a particular property. He is professional and very trustworthy.

Sam did an outstanding job through and through, and exceeded expectations in all areas. He guided us through the sale process with all the detail we needed to know, including the RECO guidebook and all the details of signing on with him as our realtor and the eventual sale agreement. Sam negotiated well for us and we were able to receive and accept a satisfactory offer on our home in 24 hours after the eventual buyer's showing. Sam is responsive, communicates well and makes sure that you're comfortable with every decision before going ahead. Sam should be anyone's first option for buying and selling their home.

Beyond expectations! We have not moved in 25 years and had A LOT of work to do in decluttering and then preparing the house but we listened to Sam's advice, worked hard and... the house sold in a day above asking. We are beyond thrilled with the result and the service that Sam and his team provided.

I dealt with many realtors before and I always find that they are missing the knowledge and communication with the customer. But Sam was wonderful he was very knowledgeable and communicative ,he was updating me immediately about the situation of my property and keep me informed about any changes.He also was providing his advices to me.
