Without reservation I recommend that you use Sam Moussa as your Realtor. We engaged him as a Seller’s Agent and in each of the three “phases” of our interaction, he excelled. First, in setting the selling price, he carefully looked at the market, explained his reasoning clearly, and proposed a price and marketing strategy that we agreed with and that was ultimately successful.
