Sam Farahani helped us find a great home in a very competitive hot market in 2021. He was negotiating on homes with over 50 interested parties and over 15 offers reaching well over asking price and was still able to get us an approved offer even though we were not in the most desirable bargaining position. Most of all, Sam really truly cared about the challenges we were facing and treated us like family, covering every detail when searching for us, giving excellent and very important advice only experience can give. When we decided it was time to upgrade, we immediately called Sam to sell our home and he gave us a lot of confidence we could accomplish what we wanted in a slow market but also assured us if we changed our mind that was totally fine, and put no pressure on us at any time. We then asked Sam to help us find a new home and now got an even more amazing home that we are very pleased with.
