I had the pleasure of working with Sam over the summer of 2021 when the market was extremely competitive. His dedication to finding us an incredible home to start our family in made our home buying experience very enjoyable. His knowledge of the market at the time led us to achieve a very favourable selling price and then an excellent purchase price on our new home. Would I use Sam again in the future... Absolutely!!!

There aren’t enough words to describe Sam. He’s professional, honest, very knowledgeable and extremely hard working. You can see that written in all of his reviews because I don’t think it’s possible anyone could ever walk away unhappy. Sam makes it his mission for you to succeed. We recently sold our condo and bought a house at probably the worst possible time. This market was terrifying. It was like swimming in a pool of hungry sharks, but in that pool Sam is the whale shark who just floats above it all, completely unbothered by the feeding frenzy. His ability to keep cool and optimistic is a super power. The difference between Sam and every other realtor we’ve ever dealt with or spoken to, is that he never once felt like a realtor, he felt like a brother who had our absolute best interest in mind. We never felt pressured or pushed to do anything, he talked through a million different choices and scenarios at length with me, he insisted we never make decisions we’re uncomfortable with and he was always available with an honest opinion or advice. He’s not only a stand up realtor, he a standup human being. It’s rare to find such an incredible person who puts so much value into living such a pure and honest life. He truly wants the best for everyone. If Sam ever changed careers, I would hire him no matter what it was. If he became a dentist and said I needed all new teeth- I’d let him pull all my teeth right there, that is how much faith I have in Sam! He’s a gem of a human, and thats exactly who you want by your side when making major life decisions. Sam, you are top notch- thank you, again! We have known Sam Farahani for several years now and he impressed us with his positive attitude and excellent outlook. He was always trying to find a solution, research all of the options and, even when there wasn’t a good solution, he was always willing to stop, say that something didn’t work and try to find another solution without blaming anyone or getting upset. When it came time to sell our Townhouse, he researched the market, helped us plan for exactly the right moment to sell, how to stage our home and when to stop trying to make it perfect. He also chose to go above and beyond to ensure that our townhouse was the top listing in the lower mainland. So when we sold for 20% more than any Unit in our complex had ever sold for, we were so elated and thankful. And when it came to buying a new Home Sam showed us everything. Rather than use default search parameters, he opened the search up and then manually went through the properties to find ones that might be the best fit for us. He reviewed the properties with us, helped us weed out the properties would not have been a good fit for us, visited the properties and gave us excellent advice about the long-term value of the properties (and listened to us when we identified properties that were not going to work). And when we found the property that we truly wanted he gave us good advice on what to offer and what to raise, as the inevitable bidding war started. And we got the House of our dreams, we are looking forward to moving in soon and getting settled in. And it is all thanks to Sam.
