My husband and I recently worked with Samantha for a sale and purchase. We can not say enough amazing things about her! Admittedly, our timelines and criteria for a new home changed a few times and Samantha was so patient with us through the entire process. She created stunning marketing material that portrayed our previous home in the best possible way. She kept us informed about the progress of our listing, providing weekly reports including what had been achieved that week and what the plan was moving forward. Samantha did a better job than any Realtor we have ever come across at informing us of what the potential buyers comments were after every showing so we had consistent constructive criticism. She worked extremely hard for us and we are very happy with the outcome. We would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Samantha truly made what could have been a stressful and overbearing process an extremely simple one.
