Working with Samantha was an exceptional experience. She was very supportive in helping us determine our wish list for our new home and delivered relevant showings that matched our needs. She was very professional and productive in negotiating a great price; utilizing her obvious market knowledge and experience. She was great in identifying and negotiating deficiencies with the builder as well as some upgrades we requested after the fact. Perhaps most of all, Samantha is so great to work with! Her bubbly personality and positivity made the experience fun and comfortable. My wife and I are thrilled to now be working from home in our dream home. We can't say enough in recommending Samantha to anyone looking for a realtor in the Calgary market!
