Wow- that’s all I can say about Samantha. She was there for us every step of the way no matter what time of day. She helped us find a home that worked for our family and was able to negotiate it to within our budget. She also made selling our home a breeze (sold first day on the market!). She got us top dollar and helped get us through the process with ease.

i recently had the pleasure of working with samantha valerio when looking for a house. this was an amazing experience very stress free she gave amazing advice and was extremely responsive in helping me find what i was looking for. sam was the most professional, knowledgable, trustworthy real estate agent I have ever used. I would recommend her to anyone. sam made my home buyer experience so much more enjoyable than I would have ever expected. she was professional but personal, knowledgable and always went above and beyond from start to finish.
