We moved here from Ontario and searched for a house with Sam, she guided us with honesty and integrity! She advised us what houses to avoid, and what houses to consider. She never pressured us to make a decision, and if we needed any advice she was there in a second. After living in Beaumont for 2 years, we decided we needed more land, she sold our house within a few days (staging, photos, everything was amazing) and secured us a property! She offered any help along the way. Within the past 2 years we have used her to buy, sell and buy again! She makes things happen and we are so grateful to have a realtor that we trust!! Highly recommend her. She knows the area well, and is very knowledgeable! She’s also not afraid to put the work in to make your house look perfect - thanks for cleaning up our dogs gift in the yard to make our photos perfect!😂!
