Potential constraints are identified by him and his team ahead of time and lead them to coming up with alternative solutions proactively to meet the client’s goals and expectation. His strong negotiation skills combined with the broad network he has to offer, work best in clients’ benefit. He was able to sell our property only through 4 open houses and close to the price we had in mind while tackling few roadblocks along the way. As He says himself, who you hire matters especially once it is not an straight forward case. His team done an amazing job by staging the condo with no imposed cost on us. His team go above and beyond their task of duties to make things work in your favour. Sal himself is very responsive to his clients inquiries even after working hours clarifying things, addressing concerns and by that he builds trust, confidence and a solid relationship with his clients.
