What a great experience. I really appreciated Gord’s approach to the sale of our property. He was always very positive and his focus from the beginning was a commitment to getting us great value for our property vs trying to convince us that it was a tough market and we shouldn’t expect much. And he was right!! He was a great help in getting us ready for photos and ensured that our property was presented well to the market. When it came to negotiating the multiple offers we received, even the other realtors commented on how professional Gord was with the entire process. It was a great experience from beginning to end.
