Sally was our realtor when we purchased our home 5 years ago in Cochrane and was outstanding throughout the process, so we phoned her up again last month when we were helping our son buy his first place. The situation was a bit more complicated than a normal real estate transaction, and Sally was extremely helping in guiding us through the process. Her suggestion for a mortgage specialist was invaluable as our original bank did not come through for us. Everything went very smooth. We have dealt with pushy realtors in the past, and Sally was that perfect blend of listening to your wants/needs and offering practical suggestions when it came to viewing various places. One thing that we all really appreciate is how QUICK she is to respond to emails, texts, and phone calls. Like almost instantly. Nothing bugs me more than when you are not responded to in a timely manner, especially a real estate agent! We would highly recommend Sally - her knowledge, experience and promptness are a perfect mix that make her an exceptional realtor.
