We spent roughly 8 months looking for a house with Ryan and Ashley. They are kind, patient, and knowledgeable agents. As first time home buyers, they helped us through the process with ease. I have used Ryan and Ashley for multiple sales and purchases. Their expertise in real estate never fails to impress me. The last house they sold for me was a few months ago. After owning the house for 25 years I thought I knew the market and what a fair price would be. Ryan made detailed comparables of other houses in the area, then stopped by to see my property. After doing a valuation of the house he presented me with a listing price that I thought was a little high. Thankfully I trusted his knowledge of the market and we had multiple offers above the listed price. The professional photographer they used for the listing was amazing. I will have more properties to sell in the future and Ryan and Ashley will be handling those listings. They've certainly earned my business.
