After having an extremely negative experience with another Realtor, we decided to call the listing agent on the house we had been eyeing up from afar. It was Ryan. We were out-of-market and relocating back to Winnipeg, Ryan was professional, but rightfully apprehensive about someone offering to purchase a property 'Sight Unseen' . Ryan was gracious enough to take a friend through the house while I Facetimed in. Our relationship has grown since the first, yes first, purchase with the Ryan and Ashley Davis Team. Ashley and Ryan were outstanding to work with! Proactive, responsive, and supportive, they consistently delivered above and beyond expectations. Not to mention, they are fun and wonderful people.
