Our property was sold very quickly and at a price we were very happy with. Ruddi was in contact almost daily with the latest developments and suggestions on how to proceed. There was no pressure or other tactics and all our options were explained. Ruddi offered his counsel but did not push any point. We elected the course of action. We were not in the same location as the Ruddi and the property and we have never met in person. However we are very comfortable dealing with Ruddi over the phone.

Highly recommend to anyone in the Qualicum Beach area. Punctual, knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, reliable, problem solvers, very good communication skills. We worked mostly with Rudi and were most impressed throughout the process.
