I certainly would recommend him to anyone purchasing property in this area.<br /> Rudi was the agent for both the purchaser and the seller. As I understood from Rudi and the reading I did, that he offers were to be communicated back and forth but that suggestions/comments could not be made to either of us. I think he acted with complete integrity.</p>

Their knowledge of the local area is next to none and they have the patience to work with you no matter what until you find the home that is right for you. Recently my sister and her husband recently decided to move to Nanoose Bay from Ottawa and they were very picky about the house they wanted and also the price.. Even though they were difficult sometimes Rudi and Trish hung in there by being very patient and professional, showing them numerous houses over a four day period until they found the house that was perfect for them.
