<p>We enjoyed a superb buying experience with Team W!</p> <p>We had flown in from Ontario with very limited time to choose a new (to us) home.</p> <p>It was amazing just how many home homes Trish had first hand knowledge of. Her knowledge of where certain types of wildlife that could iimpact buyer choice such as sea lions was very helpful. Also refreshing was Trish's ability to obtain information that she did not have first hand knowledge of - for example our home had a "Strata" for septic waste.</p> <p>Lastly was Team W's patience with our inexperience in acquiring real estate.</p> <p>Thank's to Trish and Rudy, we own our dream house!</p> <p>Paula Meredith / David Hann</p>
