<p>Rudi and Trish performed a minor miracle and sold our house on the second day, at the price we requested, with the conditions we'd hoped for.</p> <p>On our first meeting, Trish presented a plan for a pricing strategy that she'd obviously thought long and hard about. To me, our fast sale proves they came up with the right strategy for us.</p> <p>We had some specific needs regarding keeping our dogs from being stressed by visitors. Rudi and Trish were very sensitive to our needs, and always followed the protocol we established for them, and ensuring visiting agents did the same.</p> <p>The only reason I marked them down slightly for communication was because they both were using separate email accounts which meant some overlap in their questions and one or the other of them on missing of an occasional message from me. However, in general, their communication was excellent and comprehensive. I asked Trish what I thought was a simple question, and she provided an expansive answer that was more helpful than I could have imagined.</p> <p>We have sold many houses, and never before has our experience been so positive. Maybe we had some luck with timing, but we credit Rudi and Trish for getting us the best possible price and conditions on our sale. We would highly recommend them to anyone in the market to sell or buy a house.</p>

<p>We were in the market for a property but were undecided as to specifics. Rudi went out of his way to show us a good cross-section of condos and single family homes in a variety of communities, while offering insight into each area. He was not only patient but was very adept at recognizing what our tastes were and tailoring viewings to suit. Given that we were from out of province, Rudi had the added complication of having to operate "long distance". Throughout the entire process, Rudi was helpful and professional. We highly recommend him and offer our sincere thanks for helping us to purchase a unique property that we will be very happy with.</p>
