<p>Rudi is always one step ahead of the game - you consistently are made aware of what is coming next in the process. If the process hits a snag he has the network and resources to step in and address it and he keeps his sense of humour and cool when yours is being tested. He is friendly and professional. Communication is first rate and if you can't immediately reach him then Trish is right there to help. In our case, as out of town buyers, we couldn't attend property inspections but Rudi was there to represent us without being asked. The standout quality with Rudi is honesty! He looked at one property with us and said "Don't touch it!". With the one we bought he told us it was overpriced and where our offer should come in. That could have cost him an easy sale but he helped us get a better price than we thought possible. The man is just plain straight up! In our mind he is the "go to" guy in the Parksville/Qualicum area. Dave and Trina.</p>

<p>We really enjoyed working with Rudi throughout the entire process of purchasing our new home in Qualicum Beach. He proved to be very professional, amiable and polite---and very easy to talk with. His help in all areas associated with searching for, and buying, a home---necessary documents, advice, real estate knowledge and so forth---was exemplary. We also enjoyed seeing much of the town while he provided us with a personal tour. Bonus points for his stellar moustache!
