Ruchi has been absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process of helping us sell our home! From our first meeting her sales knowledge and personal approach was obvious. That night we talked through our goals and she was able to suggest a draft plan for us that helped us understand all of the key activities we’d need to get through. In that moment, it seemed like a very aggressive timeline but we were willing to trust Ruchi’s experience and move forward, looking at the plan as a stretch goal. We knew there would a lot of de-cluttering to be done after living there for 25 years and with it being a nearly 50 year old home, Ruchi included the step of getting a pre-inspection. This allowed us to identify potential issues in our older home and give us time to correct them (if we wanted to) instead of being surprised during the offer stage. We were shocked at how quickly Ruchi was able to get the inspection done and have a contractor complete the necessary changes at a reasonable price. We also took her advice and made some additional cosmetic updates at the same time. While it meant we had to put a little money into a place we were leaving, it would really help the house show better, a benefit we would realize later on. Ruchi also provided good advice on what things we shouldn’t bother changing, which helped us ensure that any money we were spending was all focused on selling the house. Based on slow sales activity in the area (some houses on the market for well over a month), Ruchi’s plan was well thought out, focusing on really making the house show well and getting lots of coverage quickly. Through the listing copy, professional photos, video walkthrough, two days of open houses, and good signage, we had many prospective buyers view the house in the first week. The showings culminated in a preemptive bid above asking from a qualified buyer. Ruchi used her negotiating skills to increase the offer, get the close date we wanted, and tighten up the conditions to just an inspection the next day - since we had followed her advice of doing the pre-inspection we knew this was going to be a formality. Within 24 hours the condition was met and our home was sold on the day that the initial “stretch goal” plan had set for first offers - we could not have been happier! Our whole-hearted recommendation is to have Ruchi sell your home - listen to what she says and trust in her guidance. For us it made a difficult process much easier, shorter, and with a better outcome than expected, thanks to her keen insights, solid plan, sales-focused thinking, and strong negotiation skills. Now we get to switch to the fun side of the equation and are enjoying shopping for our new home, with help from Ruchi of course!

After working with Ruchi on multiple occasions I’ve found her to be a reliable and easy to work with. She has a good understanding of the buying/selling/renting strategies for today’s economy. I would recommend her without hesitation.
