I met Roy several years ago when my wife and I were thinking about moving. Fast forward to 2021 and made the decision to move in 2022. Roy is an excellent agent. He set us up with an email alert system so we could review properties that matched our criteria. He was prompt and responsive. He researched the properties we were scheduled to see and he sent relevant information prior to viewing, so we were prepared. Because he took the time and the interest in what we were looking for, Roy went looking for a property our exact wishes and found a property that was pre-market. He researched the amenities and possibilities regarding the property and since it was perfect, he negotiated the sale! Roy is professional, with exuberance for his work. He is plugged in to the market and aware of all the options. He provided sound advice and wise counsel. He absolutely recommend him if you are looking to get just what you want.
