For minor repairs, he was most helpful in coordinating a contractor to complete the work while we were away. He is very knowledgeable about the Edmonton market and based on his advice for pricing our home we were able to sell it in a matter of days - we were very pleased with the outcome. As an example, he assisted us in finding temporary living accommodations for a family member to satisfy a quick closing.
