Ross represented me as the buyer, and in this case he was also the listing agent. On that note, the MLS listing that he created was absolutely first rate. Terrific sets of photos and an insightful narrative. Additionally, he went the extra mile and posted a highly professional narrated video of the property. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, and did a great job in acting as the go-between and facilitating a deal that was more than fair on both sides. I'll always be grateful for his efforts , as this is an absolute dream house from my point of view. Built in 1930, and every bit as charming as Ross claimed in his video. I have no hesitation to recommend Ross as a listing agent or a purchasing agent.
