Ross bought us an apartment in North York. He managed the process very friendly and professionally which is not easy to be both at the same time. Ross helped me get a rented apartment in 2020. We still are staying in the same apartment. However our landlord has sold the property. We conveyed our situation to him and the reason that we would like to continue the lease with the new owner if feasible.
