Ross bought us an apartment in North York. He managed the process very friendly and professionally which is not easy to be both at the same time. He not only bought an apartment for us but also established an excellent and respectful relationship between the other agent, the seller, and the buyer. Now, we feel we have more people that we trust and respect each other which is more valuable than having a home.

Ross helped me get a rented apartment in 2020. We still are staying in the same apartment. However our landlord has sold the property. We conveyed our situation to him and the reason that we would like to continue the lease with the new owner if feasible. Ross, is not only a true professional but he went his way out to help us get the lease continued.
